日本語は下に ↓ / [Japanese below] 🎤 Mini Concert — July 日本語は下に ↓ / [Japanese below] 🎤 Mini Concert — July 24, 2026 🎸 Our first live show with Asian Economics at Boba & Broth 🧋 The band takes its name from Yarong's name in kanji — 亜融 — which, read a little too literally, comes out as "Asian Economics." The name stuck. It came together over a shared love of ヨルシカ (Yorushika) — Yarong and Randall bonded over it almost immediately, and that DNA runs through the whole set: driving guitars, melodies that sit somewhere between wistful and hopeful, and vocals that make you lean in. There were quiet moments where the café went still, and choruses that had people grinning at each other across the room. The guitar solos got their applause. So did the drums. 🥁 A huge thank you to our members — for picking up instruments, showing up to rehearsals, and putting this whole thing together. None of it happens without you. And thank you to everyone who came out and gave them such a warm reception 🙏 Performers: 🎹 Piano/Vocals — Shivam @shiftyshirvam 🎤 Vocals — Aya @alexis_berrymay 🎸 Guitar — Lunea @1uneo 🎸 Bass — Javier @j.gar.95 🎸 Guitar/Vocals — Yarong @namu_desuu 🥁 Drums — Malachi @mad_makai ✨ Can do it all — Randall @dexmax0 📺 Full performance videos are up on our YouTube — link in the Linktree in our bio. Thank you @boba.brothtx for hosting us! See you at the next one 🎶 ----- 🎤 ミニコンサート — 2026年7月24日 🎸 Boba & Broth にて、バンド Asian Economics の初ライブを開催しました🧋 バンド名の由来は、Yarongの名前の漢字「亜融」。
